Screw Making M3 High Speed Thread Rolling Machine

1. The high-speed thread rolling machine is mainly composed of the bottom of the upper body, the transmission mechanism, the feeding mechanism, the thread rolling mechanism, the cooling oil pump, and the electric box. The bottom of the body is welded by steel plates, and the upper body is the body mounted on the bottom. Almost all components are installed on the fuselage.
2. When the high-speed thread rolling machine works, the main motor drives the large pulley, which drives the eccentric shaft of the main shaft. The eccentric shaft drives the slider (thread rolling plate) to reciprocate through the connecting rod.
3. The main shaft, the cam is installed on the left side of the machine, the cam drives the swing lever, and the swing arm drives the swing arm through the transmission shaft. Through the adjustment bolt, the gear rocker arm drives the connecting rod, and the connecting rod drives the thread rolling plate guide rail, thereby driving the thread rolling plate.
4. Feeding knife feeds the blank from the guide trough into the upper gap between the two thread rolling plates. The parallel thread rolling plate has a pair of molds (fixed thread rolling plate and dynamic thread rolling plate). The thread rolling plate is reciprocated by being installed on the guide rail, and the motion completes the rolling of one blank at a time.
5. A small motor drives the worm gear reducer to realize the feeding of the blank, and the small motor also drives the rotation of the cylinder. The blade installed on the cylinder feeds the blank into the material guide groove, and then enters the thread rolling plate along the material guide groove.
